Ariel went for a classic workout this weekend at the local gym, but is unaware of the little Neil that went along with her. Neil climbed up into her hair, but when the vents are turned on, Neil lost himself along with the other shrunken people and they landed on an iron stave. Little do they know that this is the barbell, and below them is Ariel about to lift some weights. Neil and some other fellow shrunken people survive and some get crushed between her hands.

Neil jumps down and escapes, but two soft mountains await him...
