Panty and Stocking, two angels, chase down the latest Demon in another city before the New Year has arrived. However, as the small demon tries to buff himself, he instead makes Panty and Stocking to grow to an incredible size, causing them to rip out of their clothes and tower over the city they just entered.
After they grow, Panty and Stocking slam down both their feet to crush the comparatively ant-sized demon beneath their heels. Vanquished now, the two girls decide to give the new city a show, with Panty being far more enthusiastic than Stocking. The City now enjoys not only a New Year, but the addition of not one, but two Goddesses.
