A mad scientist with a certain fetish opens up a wormhole to another world where he captures a giant 2B. Using his hacking ability, the madman takes control of 2B and commands her to start destroying the city.
Afterwards, he locates Lightning's universe and enlarges her to match 2B. Seeing the new challenger, 2B lunges at Lightning and a fight ensues.
As the chaos grows, the general public desperately try to escape with their lives. The scientist responsible, however, is more concerned with making sure he has the best seat in the house!
