When Wayne accidentally turns his youngest son Adam into a giant, Diane makes herself a giant so that she can hold him in place long enough for Wayne to shrink them both. However, as Wayne is preparing to shrink them, Adam runs forward and is shrunk by the laser... while Diane remains a giantess.
In her confusion and anger, Diane doesn't notice the electricity building up, causing an uncontrolled discharge from the size ray that causes her to grow even bigger! In her panic, she accidentally crushes some buildings. This gets the attention of the military.
Wayne, unable to use the (now busted) size ray, tries to get the army's help to calm Diane down until he can think of another solution.
