Hilda Valentine Goneril woke up late one morning and ran to the Golden Deer classroom, only to find it empty. Having not read the syllabus and not knowing that day's lesson was an interclass seminar on shrinking magic and its uses in warfare, Hilda assumed that her class left the Monastery for a training battle and didn't wait for her. Rather than worry, Hilda decided to take this opportunity to relax. Professor Byleth's lecture for missing class was Future Hilda's problem.
In short order, Hilda was back in her dorm room with her newest trashy romance novel and a bowl of Mercedes' homemade cookies liberated from the Blue Lions classroom (which was also empty... maybe they were out training too?). She kicked off her boots, sat down on her plush sofa, and prepared to make the most of her surprise free day.
Little did she realize that her classmates and Professor Byleth hadn't left the Monastery at all, and they had quite a few things to say about her laziness--as soon as they could get her attention, that is.
