Lost Airplane

Flight UF-69 was going smoothly on their cross-continental transit flight from D.C. to L.A. when, without notice, a colorful swirl of lights appeared in the aircraft’s direct flight path. Captain Sullivan immediately deactivated the auto-pilot and attempted to evade, but the commercial airliner was unable to change its trajectory quickly enough and went nose first through the lights. Mercifully there was little to no turbulence other than the plane’s own maneuvers however it was not easy sailing on the other side.

Flight UF-69 went from clear sky to an enclosed space. Captain Sullivan yanked hard on the controls, trying to gain altitude, only to see there was a ceiling above them. Lt. Berry, co-pilot, read the control panel but the instruments made no sense. He got on the intercom and instructed all crew and passengers to buckle up.

“I’m going to try and land her...” Sullivan sweated as he looked through the bizarre landscape and found what looked like a smooth surface. It made no sense, but it almost looked like a giant deck of wood or something like it. UF-69 dipped down and then pulled up, landing gear extended. The impromptu runway was not long. Captain Sullivan pushed on the brakes and cut the engines at the earliest possible moment, and the plane kept rolling, coming perilously close to the edge and the seemingly endless void beyond. With a collective sigh everyone let out breaths as the aircraft came to a complete halt.

Mrs. Bethany Andrews was shopping for a new blouse but decided to poke her head into the new curios shop. The new store had an assortment of goods from textiles to unique high-end electronics. She had been looking over at some jewelry when the sound of a small motor caught her attention. Looking up, she saw what appeared to be a toy airplane flying through the store. Then to her amazement it seemingly landed on its own near her counter. Walking over, her high heel pumps, clicking on the linoleum floor as she went she bent over the curious toy to examine it.

Captain Sullivan was on the radio calling for emergency support. There was a hazy signal but no answer. “Mayday, Mayday, this is UF-69, tower. Calling Tower...” He was looking back into the cockpit getting ready to call for the crew when Berry slapped at his back. Turning, Sullivan dropped the radio mike. The cockpit view was full was what looked like the largest set of breasts the two pilots head ever seen.

Bethany leaned over the to and then gingerly with two fingers reached down and plucked it up. He slowly raised the toy up past her chest and up to eye level. “Hm,” she mused to herself. It looked so real.

Inside UF-69, passengers screamed and some fainted as they looked out their windows and saw the massive monster stare in at them, a big smile on her red painted lips.

“I think, Tommy, would love this,” Bethany said, letting the toy drop to her hip as she turned to go ask the store clerk how much the plane was and where its controller could be located.

This was only the start of the adventures for the passengers and crew of UF-69.
