As the Macro Crew would eventually learn, the technology that granted them their remarkable size had a contingency protocol: Protocol Destroy All Monsters Now (D.A.M.N.), which upon activation floods their system with various chemicals that bestows upon them a (supposedly) temporary height and muscle increase. Enough to match the height and power of Abigail herself. They'd be "deputized" into a fighting force to aid her.

This was meant to be used in the potential event that a threat materialized that even the city's giantess protector couldn't handle by herself.

Needless to say, when it WAS activated during a seeming all-out full-scale kaiju invasion... Mary was super excited to finally be the hero she always daydreamed of becoming. Her fellow crewmates were similarly (pleasantly) surprised.

Will it be temporary? Or has the world gained new giant heroines?
