It'd been several years since the mysterious H-Dial had transformed Joseph Hamill from a simple construction worker into a buxom superhero. Several years since his wife had left him because of the danger his new power possessed. Several years since that same power suddenly faded away, leaving him alone in the world and forced to work as the star attraction of Gotham's least memorable strip club to make ends meet. With all said and done, the only things "Jo" had managed to hold onto was their dignity and their figure. Sure, they took off their clothes so that strangers could get hard, but they never gave lap dances... or any other services the club might offer.
At first, their boss Mickey respected Jo's wishes and accepted the money they brought in without complaint. However, as the demand from Jo's "fans" grew, so did Mickey's pushing. Finally, it all came to a head one night (or early morning, depending on your perspective) during closing time when Mickey and a well-dressed stranger barged into the dressing room. Jo never learned what offer Mickey ultimately found acceptable to betray her like this, but that's only because he never got to collect.
You see, the strange man Mickey was holding her down for was obviously gifted with a particularly dark sense of humor. As he approached the struggling ex-superhero, the stranger produced a powerful taser from his pocket. He wanted to give "Shocking Suzi" a literal shock before he had his real fun! Forcing it between her breasts to make direct contact with her skin, the stranger licked his lips excitedly as he pulled the trigger.
What happened next shocked everyone present.
